Refuse To Be A Victim® is a four hour crime prevention seminar, which provides practical information geared toward awareness and avoidance of criminal attack. It is a program of the National Rifle Association. Certified instructors help seminar participants better understand criminal thinking and provide tips on maximizing home, automobile, travel, technological, and personal security. Participants learn unbiased information on personal safety tips and techniques you need to avoid dangerous situations and avoid becoming a victim.  Hundreds of federal, state, and local law enforcement officials across the country have implemented Refuse To Be A Victim® into their crime prevention and community policing initiatives.

There are no firearms in this course, and it is not a self-defense class.
