Your dues owed amount will be calculated individually based upon whether or not you earned the $50 Workday discount. Since all dues owed amounts are no longer the same, if you are paying by cash/check you must print your personal Payment Slip from the website, which will be customized with your information and dues owed.

The NCCSC renewal process is electronic, members must log in, complete and submit the NCCSC electronic renewal form on the website. Dues payments may also be completed electronically via credit card or payment can be made via mail or in person at a meeting with a completed renewal payment slip. If payment has been made via credit card, your renewal will be complete upon receipt of payment.

If paying via cash or check your renewal will not be complete until payment is received.

Note: If you do not have access to a computer to renew online please call or stop by the club and a member will assist you with completing the online renewal form at the clubhouse.

Electronic renewal is a 3 step process – update profile, submit renewal form then make payment.

  • STEP 1: Login to the website, review your profile and make any changes as necessary being sure to pay special attention to any issues identified in the "Profile Issues" section.
    • Click the “Edit My Profile” link on the right navigation bar.
    • Once completed click “Save All Changes” at the bottom of the profile page.
  • STEP 2: Submit the NCCSC Electronic Renewal Form.
    • Click the “My Account” link on the right navigation bar.
    • Note: The form will not be visible until all items in the "Profile Issues" section have been resolved.
  • STEP 3: Choose a payment method:
    • For online credit card payments follow the prompts on your Profile page to make your payment.
      • Note: The online payment link will not be visible until your renewal has been submitted.
    • For check or cash, print and complete your personal Payment Slip and either mail it or bring it to a meeting.

Once the steps above have been completed and your payment received you will be renewed and your membership card will be electronically updated for another year. No new membership cards will be mailed out, your current card will continue to serve as your identification and allow access to the facility.

Note: On-line renewal payment carries an additional $5.00 charge to cover credit card processing fees.

Checks returned to NCCSC for insufficient funds will be charged a $15 service charge.
