NCCSC Sportsman's Flea Market
When: Saturday, February 1st from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm rain or shine.
Where: NCCSC Clubhouse & grounds. Tables will be set up and provided by the club in the clubhouse. IF the weather is compliant AND there are too many participants for the number of tables indoors, we will allow tailgating or tables to be set up in the parking lot below the clubhouse at a reduced rate.
What: While there is no restriction on what may be displayed or sold at the flea market, the intent is that merchandise offered be related to shooting, hunting, fishing and camping. Firearms may be sold, however seller and buyer take full responsibility for compliance with respect to all current federal and state laws. Please ensure any weapons are safe – any displayed firearms must be unloaded.
How: Tables may be pre-reserved, and will also be available onsite the day of the meet, if space is available. Pre-reservations are open only to NCCSC members, and should be made by May 15th, 2013. The event is open to the public
Table costs:
8’ table $8.00, club provides
6’ table $6.00, club provides
Parking lot/Outdoor space $5.00 per table/tailgate, you provide
Tables will be assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis for choice/location of table.

Payment for the reserved space will be collected the day of the flea market. Many have voiced interest in this event, but we need firm commitments to make this worthwhile for the club and the vendors. We have limited table space so early registration is advised. Please honor your commitment as someone else may have been denied a table. If you are a no-show, we will be looking forward to your making a donation to the club later! Ranges will be open to club members as normal during the flea market. Please be considerate of others not involved with this activity. There will be concessions available. Facility tours and membership information will be available for any non-menbers. Please contact the event coordinators for any questions.
