The Legally Justified Use of Force and Deadly Force

 
Attorney Michael Giaramita walks seminar attendees step by step through what deadly force is and how it is viewed in the court of law. Using real case examples and situations that have occurred both on the street and in the home. He also breaks down the difference between “Stand your Ground” and “Castle Doctrine”. This course also covers how to speak to law enforcement after the incident and during questioning.
